Infrared Sightglass
An IR Sightglass or Window provides a fixed barrier between the exposed conductors and the thermographer. This barrier can either be deemed “Arc-Resistant” or “None Arc-Resistant”.
An Arc-Resistant IR Sightglass can protect an infrared thermographer from an arc-fault event but a None Arc-Resistant IR Window made from a low cost, thin film polymer material and cannot protect an infrared thermography from an arc-flash.
Hawk IR's C-Range IR Sightglasses are designed for installation into equipment located both Indoors and outdoors at all voltages. Utilizing the unique CLIRVU coated crystal optic, the C-Range Hawk IR Sightglasses are the world's only Arc-Resistant sightglasses and they are totally insoluble. |

High Speed Cameras
The analysis of fast events like the expansion of an airbag or the explosion of a light bulb due to over-voltage require images at high frame rate correlated with fast sensor data. For the airbag this is to correlate its inside pressure with its size and volume, for the light bulb to identify the voltage precisely at which it explodes. This combination of visual and numerical information allows identification of the root cause of problem, and is normally not available from other high speed cameras.
