PL-200 – Automatic Slide Loader
The PL-200 accommodates up to 4 removable slide racks, each of which houses up to 50 slides. Sensors on the PL-200 monitor the presence of the slide racks so the system can intelligently respond when racks are changed in the middle of a run for example. Installation of a rack on the loader initiates a unique slide detection system which automatically identifies the location of the slides.
Prepared specimen slides are precious, often unique, and need to be handled with care. In addition to the slide retaining design of the slide racks, a range of further safety features have been included in the PL-200 to minimise the risk of damage to slides.
The PL-200 can be used with existing microscopes simply by adding the appropriate Prior scanning stage

Designed for various display metrologies from contrast to white point calibration, the new PR680L SpectraDuo comes with three useful operating modes; an ultra-sensitive PMT based photometer, a fast scanning 256 detector array spectroradiometer and an auto select mode to switch between detectors.
The PR680L provides a wide dynamic range of 0.00007 fL (photometer and 1° aperture) to 5,000,000 fL (spectral and 1/8° aperture) without using external neutral density filters. One advantage of the dual system is that no realignment of the instrument to target is required when switching modes as they share the Pritchard viewing and measuring optics.
